  having OCD is so isolating.. i push everyone away and im just feeling so alone. i cant let anybody in and let them see how bad its gotten.. i lie all the time and make excuses. this isnt who i am, what has OCD made of me? im sorry if this is so depressing, today has just been harder and lonelier than usual.

  do you ever just look at yourself and just not recognize yourself anymore? like you're somehow not even alive anymore, it all kind of feels like a hazy dream? Obviously it's a part of my disassociation, but I truly dread it. It's like the day just goes by and I'm numb. You're around others and people are speaking to you and you're talking but you're not really there... you're not even really sure what they're saying. I don't know lately everything just seems so hazy...

  i like to believe that things will get better. theres this part of me that KNOWS they will, they have to, the question is whether i can hold on long enough for that to happen? i feel so bad. i wished i could have been more. i wish i could have made my parents proud....
