  I'm wondering if anyone out there ever feels like their anxiety is so high that they can't trust their own thoughts or feelings?? Most of the time i feel like i can seperate my 'anxious thoughts' from my 'regular ones', but lately I've been so stressed out and on edge my thoughts and feelings are all over the place. I'm finding myself picking fights with a partner I love for the most bizzare and small things!We haven't been together for even a year yet (moved in after 5 months) and I'm worried...

  hey all, Ive been struggling with mild- severe vertigo since 2012. I saw so many specialists, had so much blood work done and different tests that I can't even count them all!
