  hey y'all. New on this so bear with me. I have a tendency to get really out of control angry when I have a heated discussion with my wife. I openly admit that I have anger issues. 20 min ago I put my fist through the wall in one of our rooms. I have a history of either punching myself in the face or walls or doors. I have even gone as far as to causing a boxers fracture because I put my fist through a very thick wall. How do I stop myself from doing this?
