  I have been struggling a bit lately with letting go of some of my chararcter defects. Needing to control situations that were never mine to control, needing to interfere with God's plan for me, so desparately wanting to eliminate uncertainty.   I get afraid when my boyfriend yells at me.  He is never physically abusive, but definitely is grumpy, especially if hes had a rough day, etc and he gets very easily upset with me.  Today he came home and got angry because the fridge still smelled badly from earlier when we couldn't figure out why it smelled.  He opened the door with a very irritated look on his face and a raised voice said that "if you can't have food and put it in the correct spot and keep up with it, then you can't have...

  I've been having a lot of anxiety lately.  I am normally pretty mellow and easy going but recently I have been imagining the worst case scenario alot.  For example, I imagine myself getting into a car accident and dying or falling off of the balcony and dying.  And then I obsess about it for days.  I had a long car ride a few days ago which was terrifying and in a week I will have the same trip back and I'm already afraid and obsessing over it.I wake up and I have this knot in my stomach...
