well, lets see, today i woke very early to a high pitch sound like a siren or a smoke alarm but not that. it turned out to be the serge suppresser here, its got a battery in it in case of power...

well, i  did exsersise two times today. once in the early afternoon and once just now. did cardio for about3 songs. thats pretty damm good if i do say so myself. i ate all the chocolate last night...

well im sitting in the computer chair for a while. my stupid behind still hurts, had to lay down AGAIN. didnt realy sleep got up in about an hour. trying to move side to side, but  then it hurts...

well i thought i would have moore to say but seems i realy dontl. social wrker cancelled till next week and nurse wont be here till wed, also not hurting my feelings. wont be on here long at all....

well troday would have been my moms b day. dont know how old she would have been thats bad i know, but i do miss her though i didnt know her well, i wass such a bad teenager and adult wene she was...
