went out to aunts house for a while sat oct 8,2011

well my sis took me to my aunts house today for a couple hrs. it was hard. cant get in house w/out the whelchair right there. there is a step. i stayed for about 3 hrs, and i am eggsausted. didnt think i would get that tired so soon. and my bottom, IT STILL HURTS VERY BAD. i layed in bed all day and night yesterday and it helped for a while. this wheelchair is very hard on me. if i wouldnt have fell, but i did and now im suffering the consaquinsis. sent son 20.00 sis found my meditaion cds thats good. i can start using them,. ok, well im tired and i hurt, so im outa here for now maybe for the whole night. if feel better later, will get back on but i dont know the way i feel now, i just dont know. ok, untill next time......
