  my dad was found dead in the isle of man just short of a month ago.he was only 58; but an incredibly heavy drinker, and had been for many years. there is an inquest going on at the moment due to a suspision that he may have taken tablets (there were old packets of medication by his bed when he was found) but he also had a terrible chest infection, according to the autopsy.i, at 24, had to deal with all the 'jobs' that need doing when someone passes. i and my older brother were his only living...

  i'm currently undergoing a diagnosis of bipolar, along with potentially emotionally unstable personality disorder, too. my psychiatrist says i have 'a little bit of both' at present, so i'm not even 100% sure what's going on with me right now.all i know is that every single day i feel like i'm at war. i've been put on olanzapine but the doctors won't increase it until i have an 100% clear cut diagnosis. i don't want to do this anymore. i feel lost, alone, and afraid. i don't feel like i'll ever...

  three days ago i split with my girlfriend of almost 2 years.she has a drinking problem which she won't admit to - she drinks at least 3-4 rums or beers a day, and triple that come the weekend - and she started to do things like cancel on our plans to go and drink, or leave me hanging around for her until she finished her drinking. she works at a pub so this doesn't help the situation. she sometimes 'goes into her own head' because she feels like she has accomplished nothing as she gets closer...
