  Hey Everyone,I am new to this group. I just wanted to know if there are others out there like me that suffer from health induced panic attacks. I am constantly worrying about my heart and I am very aware of every little sensation in my body and often I find that if any sensation is uncomfortable I start to get this uncomfortable feeling in my chest and I get anxiety and from there it blows up into a full blown panic attack.   did anyone have worsened anxiety and panic when first starting zoloft? I am on day 6 and it has been so bad for me. I keep getting worse anxiety and im not sure if this is a side effect and i should tough it out or stop using the meds. Thoughts?

  Hey everyone,I need peoples opinions on something. So I finally went to my doctor about my anxiety and panic attacks and he prescribed me zoloft. I've always been weary of using pills for anything but I need to know if it's worth going on it because I'm being told if I decide to it has to be a commitment. I can't miss the pills for any reason and it's a scary thought thinking I'd have to take it the rest of my life. I guess I'd like to know if there are others in this group where taking zoloft...

  Hey guys,Does anyone get muscle twitches around the chest area often? Everytime I google chest twitching it has all this stuff about coronary artery spasms which is like a heart problem and I'm pretty sure I don't have that at 29 but anything possible. It never hurts it just randomly happens where my sternum or chest muscle tightens for a brief second twitches and stops. Anyone get those?

  y guys,Hey guys,I am new to this group and I just wanted to see if there are others out there dealing with what I am. For the last year or so I've been dealing with what I think might be anxiety. I get these weird sensations like my balance is off and I'm gonna tip over I get a feeling of uneasiness in my chest not a pain but a sensation like I'm gonna have a heart attack. I always get over it but the physical symptoms are intense I get shaky hands I feel like I'm gonna faint sometimes and...
