Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Nothing as bad as earlier in the week from my walk on Tuesday. But, I was hyper focusing and over worrying about the dizziness and I think I gave myself more anxiety.
I've been able to go for another walk yesterday and do chores around the house. But, everytime I feel slight dizziness or off balance, I think I'm going to be back in the hospital with another brain bleed/stroke. I thought I was over that. I hate that felt the dizziness!
I know that it will pass, I tell others to wait it out (anxiety), and they will get through it, I just don't get why I can't take my own advice!
I'm on meds, I'm healthier than I was a year and half ago, why can't I believe in myself the way I believe in others???
Even though I've been hyper thinking, I've been opening up to my girlfriend, talking with her anytime it stresses me too much, so I'm getting the feelings out and not blowing up at her. Which I'm so happy about.
I just really thought, I worked to the point where I would rationalize and it goes away. I guess I still need to work on my patience...
Some days I wish I could have a couple of cigarettes (six years anniversary of quitting this month) and a beer (no alcohol for about 3 years) lol.
Sorry for the intense post, I just needed to get my feelings out.
Peace, love, and blessings to you all!!!

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
My ears never hurt, so I don't know.
Yeah, the inner ear thing could be happening. It's probably a good idea not to listen to very loud music that often. You don't want to get that ringing in your ears.... I even had to bring ear plugs or at least stuff some Kleenex in my ears for some concerts, even in my 20's.
Here's hoping you can find the patience. I know it's hard to be patient.
Really wanted to lose this weight quickly, but my mental health is important too.
I’m going to start listening to the music at a lower volume.
Thank you, GirlinCalif I hope I find the patience too.
Peace, love, and blessings to you.
My favorite theory on why believing in others is so much easier is that when I believe in you, you're the one who has to do all the work and take all the responsibility. Of course it's easier to believe in you.
The more I believe in your results, the more radical acceptance I have of the heavy lifting involved. It ain't as easy as a just.
For what it's worth
Dizzy spells are a direct result of not eating enough. Anorexia refers to how often you eat, not how much you weigh. Balance in all things.
Lcbrooks I think it’s an anxiety trigger for me, whenever I feel off balance. I hope it get better for you too. Peace and love.
