  Hiya everyone, its been ages since ive been on here. I thought I would ask a question about when going either through depressive episodes or waves of sadness.Currently in my situation I'm going through the motions of a big wave of sadness as well as feeling very alone, there is another person in the house but I am not able to approach them with vunrabiliteis due to the way they treat it.I am aware that the reason I am going through this wave is due to physical aspects such as feeling tired,...

  My brother recently discovered that I still wipe the toilet down before using it and in a fit of rage shoved all the antibacterial wipes into the toilet blocking it. I had to physically pull all of them out and shove them in the bin, wiping everything down that was covered in toilet water.   Since coming back into the anxiety inducing environment, I thought I would be able to handle it seeing as I chose to come back but its hard.My brother still doesn't wash his hands when coming out of the bathroom and I'm trying to radically accept it but it's a constant chronic anxiety trigger which builds up.   I have no immediate support around me and have just recently returned to a living environment which makes me feel mentally unsafe. I've been told by people that I should be grateful to have a roof over my head and gratful that I have people financially helping me but how am I supposed to feel greatful in an environment that makes me feel its better to die than to struggle through it?I'm trying so hard to be ok. I'm afraid to talk to doctors about it here in the UK because the immediate...
