Back after a month.....

Wow....I had been locked out of my account for awhile, but it feels good to be back. 

During my absence, I had another stretch of little-to-no physical symptoms from my post-viral esophageal dysfunction. This one lasted 11 days and it was fantastic. It feels like I've awake from a fog when I have these breakthrough days. 

As it is now, I've been struggling with symptoms again for about 4 days, and desperately pushing back against the anxiety with every tool in the arsenal. 

I'll post more later. There's a lot of things to pull out of my head and get on paper. 

I hope my friends here have been doing okay. I'll check in where I can.
