  So I guess I am going to get real deep here cause I need to let it out somewhere... So a month ago my wife of 10 years blind sided me with wanting to leave. Never in our marriage did this ever seem like it was going to happen. We were happy..a week before she said she was leaving she was telling me "I am so glad we have a easy marriage" and "I love you" and so on. No signs.   Well I have posted in here a few times about meds and side effects and starting my new journey on getting help.My last post was a few days ago about all the bad side effects I was having, later that night I woke up with my head shaking off my shoulders, my entire body shaking, vomiting, etc. I found out Zoloft is a big no no for me.   Hello everyone. So I am just over a week on starting medications for my anxiety and depression. I am now on Zoloft and Wellburtin. It seems like since starting meds my anxiety is ten times worse. I had asked before and people said it was normal since I was facing my disorders for the first time. But it's not going away or getting any easier.   I am new to this group...well any group really. I have suffered from anxiety my entire life but never faced it. My anxiety comes with bad coping mechanisms such as lying, hiding, running, etc. Recently I decided it was time to get help and started medications and therapy.
