  This will probably be my last post... I hoped to have this (and other ) group to supplement my parole group and therapist sessions but despite enjoying reading y'alls posts and being able to lend support here and there there is entirely too much trash ( temptations ) on the internet... I am not ready. I cannot step in the pool without getting wet, y'know? So I am going to have to step back, unplug and stay more reality based from day to day. I know that I can talk the good fight online and all...

  I joined three groups when I got onboard with this forum: sex/porn addiction, PTSD and Anxiety. So it seems that in my life I have PTSD from events of my youth ( prison didn't help )and I have been dealing with my Anxiety (s) thru risky sexual behavior and pornography.Now I ask myself whether dealing with the first will domino the other two down???

  I feel like I have all this tension built up and I know that I am just waiting on a triggering event to set off all that is wound up tightly inside. It is a panic attack waiting to happen. It is a disturbance that I cannot pinpoint. I hate it.Ppl don't get it. How can I explain that it ain't something I can actively control. And when I don't bother talking to them (in order to not blow up on them) they give attitude or get their feelings hurt. [ Get the FUCK away from me! ] I can't deal with...
