I joined three groups when I got onboard with this forum: sex/porn addiction, PTSD and Anxiety. So it seems that in my life I have PTSD from events of my youth ( prison didn't help )and I have been dealing with my Anxiety (s) thru risky sexual behavior and pornography.

Now I ask myself whether dealing with the first will domino the other two down???

I certainly think it would. In any case, I'm so sorry about the experiences that caused PTSD. There is so much evil in this world, and so many victims.

YOu should work on them all, but only as you can handle them.
if you are not seeking professional help do so.
