Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Inside my own skin, I feel like my mental health condition enhances my creativity mightily. My condition makes it so that I don't get a choice in whether of not to live creatively. "Normal" doesn't work for me, no matter how hard I try.
Alas, it appears there is more skill than creative glamour in the tedium between creative conception and a published novel on a bookshelf that sells itself without the additional tedium of promotion tours, etc. I believe I am far more lacking in skill than creative drive.
The hurdle I'm currently trying to jump in that process is plying ass to chair for 8 hours a day, every day. It ain't gonna happen until I work the process. Emphasis on "work." Classes. . . Writer workshops. . . Etc., etc. Each creative flair requires hours of hard work to shape into something more substantial than the puppet shows in my head.

Viewing it and writing it are different processes.
Best wishes as you find your way to writing out the story.
It is odd,i feel inspired, but not enough to do anything about it.
Back to my outline i guess....

I have been learning art and often my mental state isn't allowing me to get into the right mood to be creative. However, if I find time to be alone and have some music going in the background... the 'thinking' part of my brain eases off of its grip on my nerves and the creative side is allowed to flow.
Funny thing is... my favorite music is heavy metal. But it works.
