I feel like I have all this tension built up and I know that I am just waiting on a triggering event to set off all that is wound up tightly inside. It is a panic attack waiting to happen. It is a disturbance that I cannot pinpoint. I hate it.
Ppl don't get it. How can I explain that it ain't something I can actively control. And when I don't bother talking to them (in order to not blow up on them) they give attitude or get their feelings hurt. [ Get the FUCK away from me! ]
I can't deal with ppl. Not right now.
The band Linkin Park has a song that says: "everything u say to me (gets me one step closer to the edge an' I'm about to break) / I need a little room to breathe ( 'coz I'm one step closer to the edge and I'm about to break) " That pretty much sums things up.
[Hey, there's no pissed off emoji face...???]

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

It helps me to take the focus off of other people and keep ^it^ strictly personal, especially in the midst of a "Trigger Event" where another person provides the trigger for the psychotic break. The problem is not the fact that so-and-so looks or sounds like one of *Them*. The problem is the volatile mix inside of me that was ready to explode at the slightest spark of static electricity. Other people don't *make me* anything. Healing is an inside job. It's strictly up to me to find my own healing path.
But that is me. . .
Gentle support while you find what works for you.
For what it's worth
I'm kinda glad there is no "Pissed Off" emoji face here. "Horrible" covers it well enough for my therapy nickel. I really am horrible when I'm pissed and spoiling for a fight to release those repressed energies. Any fight will do. "Give me that friggin' lollypop, kid! ! ! How dare you be cuter than me! ! !"
