Sexual addiction, also sometimes called sexual compulsion, is a form of psychological addiction to sexual intercourse and other sexual behavior.
I started engaging in porn back in 2011. I used to engage in porn several times a week. Last year, I said enough is enough and went a couple months without incident. However, it has recently picked back up and I don't even want to do it half time. I try to keep myself busy, but that doesn't always work.
It's biochemical. It's coping mechanism activity when we're stressed, etc.
