  I have been dealing with my anxiety recurring for the last week and a half. I had it under control before that and haven't had a panic attack in quite some time. Now it pops out at the most random times. For example, I was just lying in bed watching Friends and my cat jumped off the bed and I had to sit up and take a deep breath because I panicked and lost my breath.I wasn't able to sleep last night for more than 10-20 minutes at a time.   For the past couple of months, my sleep schedule has been backwards. I fall asleep when I should be getting up (between 6 and 730am) and setting an alarm for 1-130 so I don't sleep the entire day away.Yesterday I experienced panic a few times. I carried groceries up the steps and lost my breath and started to panic and made catching my breath even worse. That is one of the scariest feelings. I don't know if I just didn't recover from it or if this is something else.I attempted to fall asleep...

  I have been feeling very anxious the last few days. I have a few things weighing on my mind and I can't get them to stop. My best friend's elderly father was diagnosed with Covid, and her mom is really sick on a good day, I'm worried she's going to get it. I lost my mom and dad years ago, so it's very close to home.I'm dealing with my weight and I don't know if my shortness of breath and heart palpitations when I do anything strenuous are because I've gained weight or if maybe I have covid...
