The last couple weeks have been a rollercoaster of feeling fine one minute to panicking the next. I couldn't sleep at all last night because I kept startling myself awake.
The only thing that has seemed to help is watching Friends. It's easy to watch, I've seen every episode so it's like comfort food for my soul. That is one way I take my mind off the anxiety. I have been reading devotions and bible verses to help me get my mind right. I'm not sure if that is anything that might help you, but just a suggestion.
Any suggestions for staying relatively sane?
On my isolated little ship of fools, we've been taking ^it^ one prayer at a time.
Just stay busy. Exercising helps. Meditating, Yoga and staying hydrated are all good. Hobbies or crafts are fun. Reading a good book. Otherwise all is good. Nothing bad except this virus. Stay well my friend. Think positive and God bless you. Italianmomma

@arfie I can’t see how social distancing is going to work in schools, I really can’t! Yes, one step at a time, keep communicating with people, especially your family and make sure they know you’re only human too.
@italianmomma, excellent suggestions! I might look into doing some craft stuff I think it would be useful!
@sirgrits you sound like you’re doing everything you can. The wind down stuff is always a good way to keep busy or occupied in some way. Stay safe!
