  Because of anxiety?Lately (working from home on the sofa probably isn't helping) I've been suffering with back pains every time I wake up (it comes and goes throughout my life). But it's been dreadful, shoulders aching, lower back pain. I've been doing yoga videos etc but it's not improving.I also have Bruxism (teeth grinding - thanks anxiety) but that means I have a lot of shoulder and neck pain.   Hey!My anxiety at the moment is morphing between intrusive thoughts and restlessness, but it is definitely more manageable than a few weeks ago.I'm worried about the summer, as a teacher, I really struggle with the time off during the holidays. Any suggestions for staying relatively sane?Also, how are the rest of you doing? What's bad and what's good?
