  Does anyone else gets an everyday depersonalization? And how you guys deal with it? I feel like that’s the most scary part about anxiety... because everything feels fake or that I can tell things happen at a slow time

  I really be so confused with this anxiety.. I can be as calm as the air around me and for some reason I get anxiest. I try as much as I can, to stop thinking bad thoughts, to see if that can calm me down but it seems like the more I try, the harder everything gets. I feel like my anxiety can be coming from me having a daughter on the way and being scared of not being there for her or no being enough of a person, to take care of her.   her guys, so anxiety been hitting me in different ways lately so I been trying to maintain myself eating and just watching movies because I really have nothing else to do but now I have notice that my thoughts are causing me crazy fears and it's actually causing me to panic.. so, I just wanna know what you guys do, when ya feel the fight or flight coming? My biggest fear of the fight or flight situation is that I feel my fear over heating, then it comes to my stomach and that's when everything...

  Idk why my whole day been feeling like I already lived it and it's causing me a lot of anxiety and I was nearly close to catching a full blown panic attack because of it.. I'm so confused on why is happening, if I'm just laying down but is the first time that having deja vu actually puts me in fear

  Does anybody ever have moments where you are randomly looking at something and feel this feeling of deigabu and that activates your anxiety? Because I been having nightmares and I been feeling like I've seen the places I went to, the pass three days before it happen but I don't know if that's just my anxiety messing with me

  Does anyone else worry's a lot about basically everything that can do harm to you or family.. so you feel stuck in a corner and that's what's giving me the anxiety... I always began to fear mostly everything for no apparent reason and when I look at myself in Mirrors and stuff, it feels like I'm in a movie and gets me panicky

  Does anyone else feels like your body went numb and you can't feel the same sensations as before.. how do you cope with that and does it go away ?

  Anybody else feels confused and weak at times... and that causes you to panic for a few.. it's Ben happening to me and I haven't been able to sleep well and I wake up with my heart racing

  Does anyone experience a lot of stomach pains, like weird sharp pains around the stomach and chest?
