her guys, so anxiety been hitting me in different ways lately so I been trying to maintain myself eating and just watching movies because I really have nothing else to do but now I have notice that my thoughts are causing me crazy fears and it's actually causing me to panic.. so, I just wanna know what you guys do, when ya feel the fight or flight coming? My biggest fear of the fight or flight situation is that I feel my fear over heating, then it comes to my stomach and that's when everything just turns around to a panic attack.. I'm just afraid of even walking outside because I think I may catch the panic attack or the fight or flight situation for no reason at all

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

So distraction and focus as mentioned above.
What truly helps me is The Anxiety Guy, Dennis Simsek. Google him and you will find lots of info. He's active on all social media. You'll find his podcasts and youtube videos. He has written a couple books as well. I love listening to him. He had anxiet, agoraphobia and major panic disorder so he's not someone on the outside looking in.
Sounds silly but for a quick fix I listen to and sing along with the song Sunday Best by Surfaces. I just recorded it yesterday so I have it available when I need it!
Hope you get a handle on this. With work you will.
