A couple of things you can do to help yourself with your anxiety. First is journaling. Do this daily to help clarify your ideas and experiences. Daily Strength is a good place to post some of your journal entries and get some feedback. The second is learning how to relax yourself by deep breathing. This will help your anxiety. So try deep breathing.
I hope these two things help. Congrats on the baby on the way.
But one thing the 3 classes of anxiety have in common for me is that the harder I work to suppress them, the more invasive they become. Vent freely and vent often. It helps sort the grain from the chaff.

In the Schools of Psychology, there are wa-a-a-ay more than three classes of anxiety. I'll let you do your own research on that one. DS has several sub-groups, including the newly infamous PTSD.
The three types of anxiety of which I speak here are maternal and far from official. The third being a rather exotic batch of anxieties unique to the second parenting career which launched with the deaths of my son and his wife. Pregnancy angst I felt comfortable discussing with my gynecologist. I'm not holding my breath to find a specialist who can offer clues to the unique anxieties attached to my second parenting career and am ready to tear the face off the next Appy Mom who thinks comparing me to their mother is supportive.
