  Hi everyone....I found a 100% free meditation app in the Google Play Store. It's called Medito.  It doesn't even have any in-app purchases or catches to it. I am working my way through the 'Getting Started' section.  It gives you a choice of 2 different male voices. Then you can choose a sound to accompany the meditation instructor BUT I have found that most of the sounds are a bit too loud so I choose no sound.   Just wondering how anxiety affects your appetite.  Some people stress eat and some barely eat.  I don't eat a whole lot because anxiety has taken away my appetite and I feel sick most of the time. Usually, I 'force feed' and sometimes when I chew, the food seems to get bigger and bigger to where I feel like I can hardly swallow it. Since I don't eat a lot, I make sure most of what I do eat is nutritious so I don't do junk or fast food. Medically, everything's ok tho. Interested in hearing how...
