  Ive really been feeling down and burnt out the last couple of weeks. Im in therapy, have a good support system, and am trying to do all the right things. I still feel exhausted and just unhappy. Im sure it has to do with the pandemic and trying to adjust to this new way of life and all the emotions that come with that. Ive also had some life changes lately that have been really stressful.   Anytime I go out with my friends I feel this overwhelming anxiety, guilt, and shame. We try to always sit outside and I am as careful as possible not to touch my face, sanitize, etc., but the next day and for a few days after I worry constantly that I got Covid and am going to give it to my whole family.  I'm kind of catastrophizing but also there is a possibility of this.   Hi all, I posted on here a few days ago about having my first panic attack, feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and insomnia. I talked to my doctor and we made a few medication changes. Since these are new to me Im wondering what other people's experiences are with them. She prescribed me clonazepam 2x a day and I believe this really helped, but I only took one last night so I cant say for sure. She also prescibed seroquel for sleep.   Yesterday morning I had my first real, full on panic attack. I haven't been sleeping well lately (I post on here every now and then to vent about my insomnia) so Ive been completely exhausted.
