  Forgive the Christian spin, I speak many languages. However when I felt pelted with insurmountable guilt, a neighbor told me “guilt is a false emotion”. She was speaking from the Bible. Said guilt prevents us from being of any service to God. What perfect love, what Father would want us crippled with guilt?
