I haven't been here much, kind of hiding I guess, I tried the main PTSD board, mostly reading, but it became too much, triggered, so I have been trying to center myself, calming my emotions thru meditation, games, solitary alot. I still can talk to strangers, grocery, etc....but I don't trust forming friendships, no trust....my brain has always been wired differently. I hope the New Year brings Hope to all dealing with the effects of Brain Injury! Blessings to all!
