  Last week I wanted desperately to drink. I was standing outside a grocery store and I remembered there was a liquor store next door. And I  struggled not to go in. I mean struggled. And I didn't go in. But this week I did. It's my usual pattern - 4 months sober and drink once or twice and start all over again. Maybe if I had put a message here it would have helped to get feedback and to say how close I came last week. I don't know. This pattern is really getting old. I'm going to look into AA...

  3 to be exact and I've been sober the whole way through but I'm at that critical point again. I get strong urges to drink. Really strong and I usually am at the liquor store in no time. But if I keep that pattern up I won't get anywhere. So I'll try to get through this sober.

  Well 18 days. But i've stayed off the sauce. Feels great but i 'm starting to get those little triggers to drink again damnit. I looked into something called Hip Sobriety School. I'm the end I didn 't do it because it cost money that I don 't have. I need to pay close attention now to everything because I am tired of the merry go round.
