Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

I won't have to face desires for alcohol because I'm still recovering from last weeks intake. Have therapy and that's what triggered my drinking last week. So will discuss that and the possibility that I need to slow things down. Also looking to join an online or phone group. Have a good day.

I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

You may need alot more support then what you are receiving now. You might want to give AA a try or go through an IOP. It will help you maintain a sober lifestyle while going through therapy.
