  It’s been some time since I’ve posted but it’s still been difficult up till now.   even after all she did to me, treated me so terribly, why do I miss her so much, this is the second time where I’ve broken down because I miss her so much, even after meeting new people and hanging with friends it just makes things feel harder and harder

  I have a date this Wednesday, I know that I am ready to move on, I know that I am, but as you have seen my ex had some very abusive tendencies, and I fear she will do something to either try to ruin my relationship.
