area little sketchy, but from what you shared- if the relationship is truly over,
and you have internally made peace with this- then you have to continue to
focus on your well being, your healing, your owe this to yourself for going
through so much. It does take time - because right now if it is indeed over,
your heart is really tired of it( the hurt you feel),your mind however keeps playing back repeat scenarios of her.You have to actively CANCEL,DELETE
these thoughts when they pop up in your mental data base and redirect
your thoughts to self healing, moving forward activities hope this little bit helps
Peace, Light Joy- keep focus on this, it gets better
As I said last time, “Try not to pin your happiness on someone. Instead, be happy just by being with yourself. We need to learn to be alone once in a while. Learn to enjoy things and activities all by yourself, reading, going to the movies, park or library, taking a long walk.” This might help your confidence and you also need to be healthy physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually because you need to be ready for that girl out there who will truly make you happy.
The logic of caring for someone who does not care for you does not make sense, but I was just like you. Lots of people ask me why I was so sad such s crappy relationship failed, The sense of it fails me. All I can say is that you do heal, you do get stronger.
