About Me
I\'m a retired Real Estate agent, married to the same man for 41 years. No one else would have either one of us. LOL We have 2 grown sons. One lives very close with his wife and has our 2 grandsons. The other just moved back from Australia with his wife. My husband suffered a spinal cord injury in 2006 but is ambulatory. We both drag the same leg so it\'s true what they say. The longer you\'re married the more you look alike. I just have a full head of hair. I\'m originally from Kansas City. We have lived all over the country but ended up here to live on the Lake in 2005 while my husband finishes working till he retires. I think I have probably had MS all of my adult life but was not diagnosed until March of 2011 when it hit me so bad that they thought I had an inoperable brain tumor. I went from a vibrant, athletic person to a wheelchair within a week or so. I am mostly recovered from the flare now so like I always say \" It\'s just another boil on the butt of life. It may be painful but it won\'t kill you.\" I am not a Pollyanna but not a negative Nelly either. I consider myself realistic. The things that impact my life the most now are no longer being able to drive and going from an IQ of 147 to staring at the vac not being able to figure out how to turn it off. Now that\'s just sad.

Back atcha, Girl! I know this is a difficult time so stay safe. My 91 year old Mom died of Covid-19 October 25th after fighting it for 4 months. Tough old gal. This thing doesn't seem to be going away any time soon so hang in there. Gentle hugs,
