Sitting in my wheelchair I saw myself in the mirror and started crying. Being I have PPMS I have aides 24/7. My shirt was all crooked, one pant leg up one down, and my hair was sticking out in the back. I went to my aide and had her fix me and will do this every day until she realizes she's here to help me I need to feel good about myself damn it!

Hi RiS. Reading your account made me feel like crying. We are humans, we don't want to look all messy. I'm sure you'll eventually train them to make sure you're as tidy looking as possible. Gah!

So sorry your aide seems to need help realizing she's there to be of help. Glad you're on top of it though. Hugs, my friend, and Happy Thanksgiving. ♥

I also feel like crying sometimes, btw. When I roll past the mirror in my hallway, I don't like what I see either. Sometimes a good cry can be therapeutic but I don't let myself avail of a good cathartic cleansing enough. Hugs, my friends. ♥

She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...
