Status: I am diagnosed bipolar. Am on medium dose of Lithium and it is working well. I do not feel drugged, yet a little bit calmer. I enjoy daily strength. I know I can help people. And I actually have been helped several times. Its pretty cool.

Diagnosed bipolar manic depressive. PTSD. Anxiety, mild paranoia. There's a good one. Mild paranoia. I just read over a mental assessment I asked to get about 4 yrs ago. .they added that. I was raised in a religious upstanding family.. at least it appeared that way. And still appears that way today. Appearances is a REAL BIG PROBLEM IN SOCIETY. IT CREATES VICTIMS. I suffered a major mental breakdown and was not expected to recover or to be functional. I was heavily medicated for 18 yrs. I now am on 1 medium dosage depression pill and natural sleeping aid. Worked part time till copd kicked in 5 yrs ago. Am I happy to be in reality ? KINDA,,,KINDA NOT
