  I can only seem to find books aimed at people surviving narcissistic abuse, which is all well and good, but is there anything actually helpful for those with the disorder themselves?

  Hello, I've started working on a book called Resurrection after Rape, and I'm stuck in Chapter One, because it says I first need to forgive myself for how long I've been struggling with it. It's been a very, very long time for me; I've been raped throughout my life, most recently in March of last year. For some reason I can't even comprehend forgiving myself.   I'm 23, I was just diagnosed around August of last year. I know others who claim to have ASPD, but their actions tell a completely different story. I would really like to meet someone who genuinely has the disorder.

  Hello, I can see that this group isn't super active but I don't feel comfortable using my facebook to talk about this. I was raped throughout my life, most recently in March of last year. I honestly don't even know how to begin forgiving myself. Does anyone have advice?
