  Hi all! I am 36 and have been struggling with lower back pain for about 10 years now. My first diagnosis was a torn disc. Then I had a terrible back spasm 2 years ago. That is when I got my DDD diagnosis. Right now I am able to go most days with no pain medication, but I have noticed the pain getting worse lately.I recently took up Latin dancing to help lose weight.   I am 36 years old and we have been trying to conceive conceived for 16 years. For the first few years we tried to let nature take its course. After that I sort of have up on the idea and convinced myself that I really didn't care whether we did it not. Last year we finally decided that we would at least see if there was an issue.I started seeing a new doctor and she wanted to start with an ultrasound. She was the first gyno to investigate rather than giving me business cards for specialists....
