  The MaskI look down at my arms, and hate the scars I see, I look in the mirror and despise what’s looking back at me.The stomach, the thighs, the face.   I'm not sure how much I can take, I'm lost and alone. I worked so hard, loved my job, dedicated my life to it, I lost my job. I did so much, cared so much, and it's never enough because of a bully and someone else's manipulative ways. I worked 70hrs a week, work was my safe place, my crutch, even the mental health workers agreed I should continue to work as it kept me safe. Now, I'm lost, I feel so lonely and I don't know what to do. I don't think I can do this anymore.

  So here I am, I made it but I’m undeserving. Almost every day, I have to convince myself there is even a tomorrow. There is no place to play here for anxious paranoia, negative thoughts, despair, pain, memories or bad days, but all that showed up anyway and are refusing to leave.

  Insomnia, RLS, depression, Anxiety, I could continue but you get the picture, I just want to sleep. I want to sleep and wake up and feel well, feel free software rested,I want to see some light between the storm clouds.Things at work are still very tough, but I am ready to persevere and keep trying. I allow my past to define me, my thoughts to control me and my fear to limit me.
