  Can someone sue a coffee company if they can prove medically that the coffee that they drank over many years damaged their gastrointestinal system?    How could someone know if a doctors Facebook reviews are real or fake? How can we know if that doctor paid people to put up those fake posts about him or not? How could we determine if those posts are legit?   what if someone became addicted or dependant on both valerian and melatonin to fight off insomnia????  they made a habit of taking either or both to fight off insomnia, what would happen to their health if they became addicted or dependant on both of these products?  would they suffer from side effects later down the road many years after?  what will happen to their health ultimately????  can anyone please tell me.  rsvp.  thank you.

  in otc sleeping pills like unisom it says that an underlying issue is the issue to see physician.  what if the underlying issue is coffee, what would a doctor say or do if thats the underlying issue that is causing the insomnia assuming that its whats causing the issue in the first place so like that they can stop taking otc sleeping pills.  rsvp.

  what if someone became addicted to valerian or melatonin because they needed it every night because of the insomnia due to coffee early in the morning?  what would happen in the long run if they did become addicted????  what side effects if at all?????  does anyone here know what might happen if they became addicted????  im all ears guys.  rsvp.  thank you.

  What sleep aid is natural and can be taken forever for people who suffer from insomnia due to coffee consumption early in the morning?   Why have most people become dependent on caffeine around the world? Could we truly live without caffeine on a daily basis? Can we really live our lives without coffee, tea, caffeinated gum, ect…?
