When is the toughest time of the month for you?? Mine seems to be a few days after ovulation when progesterone rises and is high while estrogen drops like a stone...even though progesterone peaks later estrogen is back up by then which seems to make it a little easier on me. Anyone else experience this?My mental health feels okay during this time but my body is in an unbearable amount of pain. Migraines, extreme muscle pain (no joke), and nausea.
