  I had my 2nd medicated IUI today. I had 2 “ripe” follicles that were 18 mm two days ago, uterine lining 6.7 mm two days ago,  43 million sperm with 78% motility. Please keep me in in your thoughts and send good vibes my way. I need all the help I can get!

  Me: single, 35 years old, ttc for 1 year using donor sperm. Tried ICI at home 4 times, then 3 unmedicated IUIs, and 1 medicated IUI.I'm so frustrated and depressed by my lack of success. I have a low AMH level, indicating low ovarian reserve, so the clock is ticking. My medicated IUI was following an ultrasound that showed 3 mature follicles but not one of them took.
