  Hello everyone I’m new to this group don’t know they had one for panic attack’s so I copy this from anxiety group. And not sure the difference between anxiety or panic attacks. But I’m just looking for someone to hear me out and give me some insight. I didn’t know I had anxiety until I broke up with my long term boyfriend of almost 11 years. It’s been seven months now.   Hello everyone I’m new to this group. I didn’t know I had anxiety until I broke up with my long term boyfriend of almost 11 years. It’s been seven months now. I had my first anxiety attack the first week after I came from and night out with friends and I was drinking threw up all over myself and went to take a shower and it began. Next time was when I did all I could to get him back and he basically was like I can’t come back where I’m not happy. I had an attack as wanted to end it...

  So it has been 7 months now that I been separated. And today I’m just finally over it and ready to move the hell on. I know a majority of my hurt is because I allowed it and to a point still am. I still talk to him every now and then, if he short on money and tell me he will pay it back I give it to him, and when he comes banging on my door I allow him in. I guess I was doing it all before because I had hopes of us getting back together despite the fact that he left me and less than a month...
