  Long story’s short I have self harmed since middle school for a variety of reasons. I haven’t cut myself in less than a year. My arms and thighs have distinctive scars. I cover them daily as I am completely ashamed and embarrassed.:/ How do you handle the questions about them or curiosity. I have recently begun seeing someone and they asked.   I want desperately to communicate how I have been feeling but I can’t even understand it enough to explain. I feel nothing like I’m completely blank. I have no one to talk to.sometimes I get this burning feeling in my stomach like my intestines are on fire but it’s just my anxiety and depression eating me. I can’t stand that burning feeling.
