  So I struggle with anxiety every day. Most mornings my anxiety is what wakes me up. I have a hard time going to sleep at night because I have racing thoughts. Any ideas on how to relieve this? I try meditation but it's hard to focus. Please help!

  Being lonely is really difficult. I am lonely even when I'm around other's. I hope I can be a good friend to somebody here.
