  Ive posted on a few forums but this one seems fitting to make connections on as well.I've had dependency issues since I was little, when my parents divorced, although I didn't recognize the role it would play in my life until much later. I know I had codependency issues with my ex husband. I allowed him to get away with so many things including addictions and infidelity because I was always too scared to leave, worried about being alone and my identity being so wrapped up in the life I thought...

  I have had chronic anxiety for the last few years. About a year ago I was prescribed Xanax and take it 3 times a day. It is a horrible feeling knowing that I am dependent on this addictive med to help me get through every single day. I wonder if I'll ever be able to not take it?!? The worst part of it is that it still doesn't get rid of my anxiety. In many cases, you have to deal with the causes of anxiety instead of trying to cover up the symptoms. Until I can do that which concern toxic...
