  I havent been on here in awhile. Been struggling with depression and my bi polar. I have constant days of depression which causes me to do nothing but want to lay in my bed in despair then i will have a day or two when im manic. Where i am hypervigilant reckless making decisions i regret the next day. I feel so alone. I dont have anyone to talk to about all this. I just want to be able to live a happy and healthy life. I cant remember ever being so.
