  My depression was getting better but I’m failing into the black hole again. I’m so done feeling this way. I just feel useless and I like I can’t reach out. Every time I try to just a little I just shot down. Parenting eith depresion is hard and I feel like it would be better for my kid if he didn’t have me. Antidepressants are not working so I feel like I will be stuck feeling this way forever. If this is going to be my life I don’t see the point anymore.

  my son is four years old and I’m having a hard time with him. When he doesn’t get his way he starts throwing hitting screaming telling me he hates me Im not sure how to handle him. I have made mistake like letting him watch a lot of TV and not putting my foot down and I know it’s coming back to bite me. I’m trying to stay calm and not add fuel to the fire. I read a lot of parenting books but I’m just not sure what to do. Once he has mellowed our he goes back to being my fun sweet son...

  i have always struggled with low self esteem. I feel like lately I have been kind of self destructive in the fact been sleeping with random guys. I’m doing it to feel better about myself and to feel wanted but it hurts more than helps. It seems to be the only time I feel good about myself but the good feeling only last about a day then it turns into Self loathing. I feel like I’m catching a high when I pick up a guy I just don’t know what else to do.

  i feel like my depression is getting in the way of my parenting. I don’t feel like I have a connection with my child that I should. I love my kid very much but sometimes it’s hard to deal with him. I’m scared for what issues my depression will cause him to have later in life. I have a hard time really spending time with him I want to do things with him it’s just hard I don’t feel like I have the mental strength or energy.

  Well I just broke up with my boyfriend of 5 years and father of my child. He's broken-hearted and crying in the bedroom. I'm not sad about breaking up with him but I feel horrible about hurting him and I feel like a shitty person. I want to take it all back but I don't want to be with him anymore but I want to take away his pain. I feel so lost but also so happy to have finally ended it

  i know I really need help I have suicidal thought almost weekly and they keep worse and harder to talk myself out of. But I'm scared to get help. I feel like the if I get help just what happens after would make things worse. I'm scared I'll be labeled as crazy or something and I'll just get tons of potty from people who don't really care. Plus who wants to be friends or date someone with all the baggage of someone who wants to die.  I'm also scared that when I leave my boyfriend he can use the...

  i feel like I'm so close to having a mental break down. My kid is driving me crazy he's having behavioral problems not listening to anything just getting really hard. I'm having a hard time wanting to do anything. I tell myself every night the next day will be better but when the day comes I don't want to do anything. I don't know what to do anymore all I want to do is cry and cry some more. Someone help me please

  i have no one it makes it so hard to want to keep going. Oddly I like who I am as a person & don't want to change but no one else seems to like me. People can tell I'm depressed but no one even cares to ask they just like to point out I'm in a bad mood or seem unhappy. I just seem to bug everyone so why not make it easy and end my life?
