Mental break

i feel like I'm so close to having a mental break down. My kid is driving me crazy he's having behavioral problems not listening to anything just getting really hard. I'm having a hard time wanting to do anything. I tell myself every night the next day will be better but when the day comes I don't want to do anything. I don't know what to do anymore all I want to do is cry and cry some more. Someone help me please

Raising children is a tremendous responsibility and they don't come with a USER GUIDE. I think it is perfectly normal for a parent to 'not know what to do'. In most cases, there is a grandma or someone who has the experience to know some things. If there is no such person in your life, it is possible the child is in need of something you are not aware of. What I mean is, .. the parenting knowledge has to come from SOMEWHERE. I am NOT accusing you of not knowing what you are doing ... only that it is possible you need some kind of 'parenting help'.

I am sure there are tons of books on the subject ... and online information. Also, it is possible the child needs an evaluation ...... there COULD be some kind of behavioral disorder .. and that would be VERY important to know.

    I'm horrified!  I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000.  I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter.  I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change.  Now this!  I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000.  I guess I have to pay...

    We all have 24 hours in a day.  How we spend these hours is important.  Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do.  Gonna have to work on that.Your turn.  Tell me another truth.
