hello I just got linked to this website from the crisis text line, I have completely isolated myself because I was planning on doing something bad, but since I decided to try and fight through it instead of give up, im left completely alone and the loneliness is very painful, especially since I've never been able to keep friends for very long.

Hello I got linked to this website by the crisis text line, I'm hoping that I'll have finally found a place with other people who feel like I do, I don't know a single person who has these feelings or thoughts and it's very difficult to describe them to others, so I've isolated and now I don't know what to do

i was linked to this website by the crisis line, I have really bad suicidal ideation and some days I can cope and some days I can't and I spiral, no one else I know has these issues and it's really hard to explain to people that have never felt them before
