i was linked to this website by the crisis line, I have really bad suicidal ideation and some days I can cope and some days I can't and I spiral, no one else I know has these issues and it's really hard to explain to people that have never felt them before

Have you ever talked to a therapist? It can be very helpful and you won't
feel so alone. You also may need some medication to help.

I understand where you are coming from. The same things happen to me. Some days I am okay, but others I feel like I can't even stand the thoughts of my own thoughts. It is like an endless black hole. I don't know the answers on how to get better. I go to counseling. I journal my thoughts. I have 2 people who know what is actually going on with me and even then, sometimes, they are still left in the dark. I look in the mirror and don't even know who i am anymore.
When you figure out how to get through this, let me know.
Ill never have answers.
