  I have been on lithium for 2 years and an anti depressant for about 8 months. I decided to stop them both cold turkey about 10 days ago. I have had horrible nightmares and am suddenly so angry. Has anyone had an experience like this.

  Has destroyed my life. I've lost my best friends. I've betrayed my partner. I'm a useless person. I know alcohol is destroying me. I know how to stop but I can't.  I'm awful.

  Most of my attacks happen at church. I feel overwhelmed by how awful I am and how I don't belong there.  I feel loved there but also so ashamed (my own thoughts, nothing my church does) it's hard and I feel so sad.

  I've been on and off the wagon for years. I've gotten so bad lately and have hurt so many people. I want to get sober and am on day 3. I want to get back to AA  because I know for me it helps. Looking forward to getting to know others who understand the struggle.
